- To supervise or employ an apprentice in the workplace in Australia you need to hold an Australian qualification in the capacity of which you intend to supervise.
What We Do
We are able to cross transfer and map your current NVQ or City and Guilds qualification to the Australian equivalent SIT30807 – Certificate III Commercial Cookery.
We can recognise the units of competency achieved in the NVQ qualification and align them with the Australian Standards and then issue an Australian Certificate.
